LISTEN.

PONDER.

ACT.

The pedagogy employed in Parrhesia formation sessions whether at the group or individual level focuses on helping individuals to listen to what matters, to ponder what they have heard more deeply, and to engage in some form of action that will make concrete what they have pondered.

In order for formation to have transformational impact in our lives, we need to know how to live what we understand.

Parrhesia's approach to learning is best described by the term praxisPraxis is the continual interplay and synthesis between conceptual understanding and practice. In order for formation to have transformational impact in our lives, we must know how to live what we understand.

Transformational formation needs to transcend the forming of our minds, hearts, bodies or souls in silo and help us synthesise what we learn.

Transformational formation needs to transcend the forming of our minds, hearts, bodies or souls in silo and help us synthesise what we learn.  Faith formation is at its most impactful when it can be done in a way that helps the learner find ways to make it personal and incarnate it in his or her life. This is the dimension of Parrhesia's interest and contribution - an integrative, holistic perspective to human formation grounded in faith.

Our aim is to help each person learn what helps them most to grow in love, wholeness, and holiness.

At Parrhesia we believe that those who seek an integrated faith formation will need to learn beyond a "one-size-fits-all" approach.  God created each person unique and irrepeatable - it is our aim to help each person learn what helps them most to grow in love, wholeness, and holiness.
